Interim public preview notice
A factual description of what the anonymous PharmPrep, PharmCode, and PharmFast previews currently process—and what you must not submit.
PharmFast accepts only a server-supplied reference dataset. PharmPrep accepts one deidentified CSV, TXT, or TSV file up to 750 KiB. Do not enter protected health information, patient-identifiable data, sponsor-confidential data, or trade secrets in a file, editor, prompt, or contact form.
PharmPrep applies the column mapping you select through deterministic conversion code; it does not send the dataset to Bedrock or generate Python. The uploaded source and converted output use temporary storage outside the public web root, keyed by UUID and tied to the browser session. They become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours, but that is not a contractual deletion deadline and does not define infrastructure-log retention.
When you submit a PharmCode assistant question, the service sends the recent conversation, current control stream, validation and bundled-dataset context, and any control-stream attachment text you accepted to an AWS Bedrock model. The anonymous preview does not publish a contractual provider-retention commitment.
A PharmFast fit creates an HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax session cookie. Job status and downloads require that session. The service targets a 24-hour artifact window and a 50-job cap through best-effort cleanup when a new fit is admitted; that is not a deletion SLA and does not define infrastructure-log retention.
The contact and careers links open your configured email client; they do not upload form fields or documents to this website. If you send the email, AI4Pharma receives the contact details, message, résumé, or other application material you chose to include and uses it to respond to the inquiry or evaluate the recruiting request. The public preview does not promise a response time or a contractual retention/deletion period for this email. Do not include patient-identifiable, regulated, financial-account, government-identifier, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
The public preview has no account-registration workflow. Contact AI4Pharma before a private pilot so data categories, access, retention, provider use, and contractual controls can be scoped explicitly.
